Heating Precision Tune Up

  • *Indoor Unit-Gas furnace and electric Air Handler
  • Test and calibrate thermostat
  • Clean return air grill and replace customer supplied filter (Filter service is available upon request)
  • Clean blower assembly in place
  • Measure motor run capacitor
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Inspect ductwork for air leaks and loose insulation
  • Measure Amp draw for electric heat
  • Clean condensate drain line
  • Measure temperature difference
  • Inspect indoor coil for dirt and mildew
  • Lubricate all moving parts (if applicable)
  • Inspect Heat exchanger for holes or cracks

Outdoor Air Condenser or Heat Pump

  • Clean condenser coils with chemicals
  • Measure Volts and Amps
  • Measure fan motor capacitor mfd
  • Inspect contactor and other controls
  • Measure compressor run capacitor mfd
  • Test starting capabilities
  • Monitor refrigerant cycle
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Measure suction and liquid line temperatures
  • Test disconnect box or breaker to unit
  • Verify proper electrical and control wiring
  • Inspect fan blade for cracks
